Telangana RERA fines Sikha Balaraju and his firms ₹3.69 lakh for posing as unregistered agents in the Poojitha Tech Park project, misleading buyers and violating the Real Estate Act

TGRERA has fined four real estate agents, including Vijayawada-based Sikha Balaraju, ₹3.69 lakh for fraud and misrepresentation in Hyderabad’s Poojitha Tech Park project. The agents were found violating the RERA Act by operating without registration.
