Mindspace Business Parks REIT has acquired three premium commercial office properties in Mumbai's Worli and BKC Annex along with Pune's Kalyani Nagar from sponsor K Raheja Corp for ₹2,916 crore, expanding its portfolio to approximately 39 million square feet.

Horizon Industrial Parks in Chakan, Pune, funded by the Blackstone Group, has leased 410,000 square feet of custom-built manufacturing space to automotive businesses including Germany's Benteler Automotive and the Lumax-DK Jain Group's Lumax Auto Technologies.
