Dosti Realty plans a ₹150 crore investment to launch its first senior living project, Dosti Primus, in Thane’s Dosti West County township with 2 and 3 BHK senior-friendly homes.

Dosti Realty is deploying ₹150 crore into its inaugural senior living project, Dosti Primus, situated within its extensive Thane township. This strategic pivot targets the growing, aspirational senior demographic near Mumbai, projecting significant topline returns.

Primus Senior Living got $20 million in early financing from General Catalyst. The investment includes Gruhas co-founder Nikhil Kamath and Abhijeet Pai. Prime Senior Living founder and managing director Adarsh Narahari announced.
