Global real estate developer Panattoni and Edayar Zinc Limited announced a ₹800 crore partnership to develop a Grade A+ industrial and logistics park in Kochi's Edayar Industrial Area, marking Panattoni's entry into Kerala and reinforcing the state's position as an emerging logistic.

Panattoni invests €100 million in a 25-acre logistics park in Hosur, aiming to transform South India's supply chain with Grade-A infrastructure and sustainable warehousing solutions.
