Real estate major Omaxe Ltd. partners with IHCL to develop India's first stadium-hotel complex in Dwarka, featuring a 30,000-seat ICC/FIFA-standard stadium, 148-room hospitality facility, and 250,000 sq ft members' club, targeting ₹4,200 crore in lifecycle revenue by 2027.

Omaxe raised 450 crore from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited. This strategy helped Omaxe repay a lot of its debt. This money paid off the April 2022 Värde Partners debt with Rs 290 crore.
