The Mumbai property market is showing unprecedented resilience and buoyancy, defying the norms of economics and continuing its upward trajectory, even amidst rising interest rates and property prices.

The Bombay High Court heard a PIL asking the court to direct the Registrar of Cooperative Housing Societies to set rules for installing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in co-op housing societies.  The court notified the parties and ordered a hearing on January 6, 2021.
