Mumbai prepares to auction plots for its third Central Business District in Wadala, triggering property price appreciation and corporate interest in the well-connected eastern corridor poised to complement BKC and Lower Parel.

MMRDA has invited bids for a premium 2.7-acre commercial plot in Wadala with a reserve price of ₹1,629 crore, marking a strategic push to develop Mumbai's third major central business district alongside BKC and Nariman Point, with a bid deadline of January 7, 2026.

Dharavi redevelopment will include dedicated commercial business district on 600-acre prime land in Mumbai. Grade-A offices, retail spaces & employment hub planned in ₹96,000 crore project by Adani Group.
