Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation (MMRCL) is advancing plans to monetize 12,491 square meters of premium land across four key Mumbai locations along Metro Line 3. The corporation is exploring joint ventures, PPPs, and direct sales to optimize land use and fund the city's expanding metro network.
