Mumbai-based industrial real estate developer Godwitt Construction has announced plans to double its operational footprint to 1 crore square feet by 2029, while launching specialized verticals in cold storage infrastructure and blue-collar workforce housing across India's key industrial corridors.

In response to rising warehousing demand in India, Stellar Value Chain Solutions, a tech-driven third-party value-added warehouse and distribution service provider, plans to add more than 10 million square feet to its logistics portfolio within two years.
