Delhi Police EOW has registered an FIR against Suraksha Realty for allegedly diverting ₹235 crore of homebuyer funds meant for completing stalled Jaypee Infratech housing projects in Noida, based on Enforcement Directorate findings.

Suraksha Group has completed construction of 5,989 homes across 63 towers at Jaypee Wish Town in Noida, bringing long-awaited relief to thousands of homebuyers who waited nearly a decade following the developer's NCLT-approved takeover in 2024.

The Supreme Court has established December 5, 2025, as the absolute final deadline for Jaypee Infratech homebuyers to submit claims for refund or flat allotment under Suraksha Realty's resolution plan.

With a ₹5,500 crore plan, Suraksha Group revives Jaypee Infratech projects, eyeing full home deliveries in Noida and Greater Noida by 2027.

A bankruptcy court has authorized Suraksha Realty's purchase of Jaypee Infratech, rejecting three appeals against the INR 7,936-crore resolution proposal and resurrecting the hopes of 20,000 home buyers who had been waiting over a decade for their promised flats.
