HDFC Capital and Hero Realty have reportedly joined forces to launch a ₹1,000 crore investment platform targeting mid-income housing developments across India's Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.

Hero Realty's subsidiary acquired an 8.71-acre premium plot in Mohali's Sector 99 for ₹262.75 crore through GMADA auction, marking the company's continued expansion in North India's luxury housing segment.
