Bhive Properties, renowned for operating the acclaimed coworking brand BHIVE Workspace, has unveiled its groundbreaking venture into the sale of premium commercial real estate.

In an innovative move, Nuvama Asset Management, the alternative investment arm of Nuvama Wealth Management, and Cushman & Wakefield have formed a joint venture to raise a 3,000 crore commercial property fund.
