The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) commences the third phase of its e-auction today, putting 257 luxury apartments, including exclusive penthouses and a variety of high and mid-segment flats, on the market in New Delhi's Dwarka neighborhood.

With the launch of its major e-auction for magnificent homes, including sumptuous penthouses, in Dwarka Sector 19B, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is ushering in a new age of luxury living. The February 5 e-auction, with registrations ending January 29, 2024.

The Delhi Development Authority's two-day live e-auction for their 2023 housing programme debuted well. Buyers bought 274 units on the first day. According to a senior official, there are 129 MIG apartments, 138 super HIG flats, and seven luxury penthouses.

Omaxe has been awarded a project by the DDA to create a sports facility and retail project in Dwarka, the national capital, at a total cost of Rs 2,100 crore.
