Singapore's CapitaLand Investment has unveiled ambitious plans to double its India funds under management while exploring an India-based REIT launch and credit platform by 2027, reinforcing the country's position as a key global growth market for the asset management giant.

CapitaLand, Singapore's largest real estate manager, plans to quadruple its India FUM to SGD 14.8 billion (USD 11.3 billion) by 2028. This aggressive action supports its worldwide aim of SGD 200 billion (USD 153 billion) FUM in the same term.
