Embassy Developments has secured ₹1,060 crore through equity infusion from its promoter group and a Blackstone-backed fund. The capital will support upcoming residential and commercial projects across key Indian cities.

ASK Property Fund, the real estate private equity division of the Blackstone-backed ASK Asset & Wealth Management Group, has committed ₹190 crore to Kalpataru’s upper mid-income housing project in Borivali, a prominent Mumbai suburb.

Transindia Real Estate is selling a logistics park in Haryana and a stake in several other facilities to Blackstone-managed funds for 687 crore.

Horizon Industrial Parks in Chakan, Pune, funded by the Blackstone Group, has leased 410,000 square feet of custom-built manufacturing space to automotive businesses including Germany's Benteler Automotive and the Lumax-DK Jain Group's Lumax Auto Technologies.
