Global logistics leader DHL Supply Chain India has reportedly leased over 417,000 square feet of warehouse space in Bhiwandi's One Samruddhi Park, marking its second major facility addition in Mumbai Metropolitan Region within three months as part of an aggressive infrastructure expansion strategy.

Xander Group is looking to sell its 3.5 million sq. ft. warehousing portfolio across Chennai, Mumbai, and Kolkata, valued at over ₹2,000 crore. The Grade-A, fully leased assets are attracting institutional interest amid India’s booming logistics sector.
