DLF Limited has reportedly agreed to sell its IT/ITeS SEZ property and adjoining 25.90-acre freehold land parcel in Kolkata — including the 10.54 lakh sq ft DLF Tech Park — to Srijan Group entities for an enterprise value of approximately ₹670–₹693 crore.
