Amazon has inaugurated a massive 1.1 million sq ft, 12-storey campus in North Bengaluru — its second-largest office in Asia — accommodating over 7,000 employees and reinforcing India's position as a global technology and commercial hub.

Amazon, Cognizant, IBM, Accenture, and McKinsey are renewing leases in India's office space market, which is booming. Bangalore led the list of cities where major firms renewed office space, with 1.6 million square feet renewed between January and July 2024.

Amazon will lease over 1.1 million sq ft of office space from Sattva Group in North Bengaluru, expanding its operations there. Amazon will occupy the 11-story office tower in Sattva Horizon business park near the international airport, which will house roughly 7,000 people.
