The Kerala government has launched a ₹4 crore housing renovation program to upgrade 43 dilapidated "layams" for over 180 plantation worker families in Bonacaud, with completion expected by December 2025.

Golden Growth Fund and Grovy India have invested ₹180 crore in three luxury redevelopment projects in South Delhi, covering 70,000 sq-ft. With sales potential of ₹240 crore, the projects reflect rising demand for premium homes in top Delhi colonies like Anand Niketan and Neeti Bagh.

In a Rs 18,000 crore ($2.4 billion) initiative with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Kotak Alternate Investment Fund, Prestige Group is developing residential projects in India. Partners will spend Rs 2,001 crore ($270 million) to accelerate early-stage housing developments.

The Uttar Pradesh government plans to create a 1200-acre Greenfield Township with an investment of around ₹2,180 crore. This proposal is a model for pilgrimage cities. Prime Minister will likely launch the initiative shortly.
