The Rishabh Family Trust, with Rajiv Bajaj, Managing Director of Bajaj Auto, as one of its trustees, has made headlines by acquiring a premium property in Pune’s upscale Koregaon Park locality for a staggering ₹72 crore. This prime real estate deal includes a historic bungalow named Krishna Kumar and an outhouse, spanning a built-up area of over 16,079.6 square feet, nestled within a sprawling 1.15-acre land parcel.

Transaction Finalized with ₹5.04 Crore Stamp Duty

The transaction, finalized on December 5, 2024, was documented through GHAR, showcasing the trust’s commitment to investing in high-value assets. Deepa Bajaj, wife of Rajiv Bajaj, signed off on the deal as the representative for the Rishabh Family Trust, which also paid ₹5.04 crore in stamp duty.
