Siddha Group, in collaboration with Sejal Group, has been granted the Occupational Certificate (OC) for their inaugural high-end residential development in Mumbai, Siddha Seabrook. Presently, customers will be granted absolute possession of their residences. This residential structure, standing at 57 stories, is situated in Kandivali (W), Mumbai, and is the tallest in the vicinity.

"Residents can now occupy their homes and enjoy all the luxuries and privileges of staying in this development,"

said Samyak Jain, director of Siddha Group.

This 282-unit development features well-designed, capacious 2 BHK smart & premium and 3 BHK premium plus sky garden apartments spanning in size from 496 to 1258 square feet. It was finished within sixty months, despite delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Situated at the intersection of Mathuradas Road and Link Road, Siddha Seabrook is regarded as the geographic centre of Kandivali. The Dahanukarwadi Metro Station is easily accessible on foot, and the forthcoming coastal road and the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road are in close proximity.

Kandivali (W) is additionally well-connected to Thane and Gujarat via the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway via Dahisar Check Naka and the Ghodbunder Road, respectively. Connecting Dahisar (E) to DN Nagar, the recently inaugurated Metro Line 2 will traverse the vicinity and facilitate commuting for the inhabitants of Kandivali.

Siddha Sky, the group's second venture in Mumbai, is situated at Sion NX and features a 400-foot-high rooftop skywalk, making it the first of its kind in the city. The project is fifteen months ahead of schedule, with the commencement of 1st Phase delivery anticipated in September 2024. Since its inception in November 2021, Siddha Sky has consistently maintained highest quarterly sales, amassing over 700 sold apartments.
