Oberoi Realty Obtains 4.2-acre Plot in Bhandup, Mumbai

Leading Indian real estate developer & property Development Company Oberoi Realty has acquired a plot of land admeasuring close to 4.2-acre in Bhandup in Mumbia’s central suburb for Rs. 115 cr.

Oberoi Realty has acquired the Bhandup land through one of its subsidiaries called 'Oberoi Constructions'. Currently, the land parcel, with an existing building on it, falls in the industrial zone and Oberoi realty will likely develop a residential complex at this Bhandup site giving a boost to the overall Bhandup Real estate market. Oberoi Realty is on a real estate expansion spree and this land parcel acquisition in Bhandup will surely help its cause.

Oberoi Realty came out as the highest bidder for this Bhandup plot at an e-auction held by the Debt Recovery Tribunal and it is known as a cash-rich company, the real estate industry is not really surprised.

This particular land transaction was finalized and registered by Oberoi Constructions on November 25, 2022.
