Naiknavare Developers & Profile Developers Launch Last 100 units of Avon Vista

Naiknavare Developers is very well known for its residential and commercial developments in Mumbai, Goa, and Pune.

The Pune-based real estate development company, in conjunction with Profile Developers, is selling 2- and 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom apartments over six buildings and six acres of land; two towers have been delivered, while two are still in the works.

The project is planned to be constructed using advanced technologies such as automated steel cutting machines to fabricate parts by the removal of material and aluminium panels to cut, shear, bend, punch, and drill materials; reduce manpower; and speed up construction.

These facilities will be located near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and the Hinjewadi IT Park. In addition, the project has made use of lightweight aluminium framework panels for column shuttering. To facilitate rapid assembly of the column forms, these panels are bolted together using a stub pin and wedge connection.

A concrete batching facility was also used in the construction of the Avon Vista towers to ensure that the buildings would be of sufficient durability and quality.

The use of alum-form technology in the project will reduce the need for more traditional construction techniques, shorten the overall duration of the work, and improve the project's efficiency and quality.

Three of the towers had cuplock systems installed to help with vertical loads, better complete the building, and keep the work platforms clear of debris.

Naiknavare Developers intends to increase its profile in cities outside Pune, such as Mumbai and Goa, via the introduction of new developments in those locations.
