Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) has made a significant land acquisition, securing approximately 12.5 acres in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. This move underscores the Mumbai-based developer's commitment to making Hyderabad a focal point of its growth strategy in the coming years.
