The developer has revealed that it secured land parcels and development rights spanning 17.5 acres across Mumbai’s western suburbs in FY25, translating to an estimated GDV of ₹6,790 crore. For FY26, Arkade plans to roll out four major projects—including its flagship Filmistan acquisition and three redevelopment initiatives in Santacruz West, Goregaon West, and Malad West—projected to generate ₹3,500 to ₹4,000 crore in revenue.
