Godrej lands have announced that it will plan a residential township project near Sarjapur, in east Bengaluru, with up to 9 million sq. ft. of potential region.

Realty player Godrej Land (GPL), on June 24, 2015 said it has partnered with group firm Godrej Agrovet, to plan a residential township project near Sarjapur, in east Bengaluru.

The residential township project, to be built under the planned management model, will be spread across 100 acres and has a developable potential of around 8, 30,000 sq. meters (9 million sq. ft.)

The location is well-connected to key IT hubs, suchSarjapur Road, Whitefield, Outer Ring Road and Electronic City. The project will be planned as a modern residential planned in multiple phases; the company said that in a statement.

The actual saleable region consumed on the location will range between 4, 00,000 sq. meters and 8, 30,000 sq. meters, depending on the types of a apartment planned, it said.
