Wells Fargo International Solutions Renews Lease For 3,70,000 sq ft of Office Space in Divyasree Orion in Hyderabad

Wells Fargo International Solutions, a division of the US-based financial services company Wells Fargo, has renewed its lease for more than 3.7 lakh square feet (sq ft) of commercial office space on 10 floors in Hyderabad for five years, according to documents obtained by Propstack.

The company has extended its tenancy in the Divyasree Orion building owned by Divyasree NSL Infrastructure Private Limited.

According to the documents, the monthly rent is Rs 2.14 crore and the rent per square foot is Rs 57.48. There is no increase during the term of the lease.

The company has deposited Rs 8.8 crore, as evidenced by the documents.

Goldman Sachs Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of the American multinational investment bank and financial services giant Goldman Sachs, had previously leased nine floors and 3.5 million square feet in Hyderabad for 117 months. The monthly rent is 4.14 crore rupees.
