Bengaluru:

TVS Motor Company paid INR 65 crore for a residential property in Bengaluru, making it the most expensive residential property transaction in Bengaluru.

TVS Motor was represented by R Murali, vice president of legal affairs.

The bungalow was purchased from Ravi Khemka and the document for the transaction was registered recently as per a sales document shared by Zapkey.

The 3,923-square-foot private villa on a 9,488-square-foot plot area is located on Billionaire Street in the third block of Koramangala.

Koramangala's third block, sometimes known as Billionaire Road, has become a sought-after neighbourhood for wealthy people seeking marquee transactions.

New enterprises are tightly connected to the Koranmangala area, and prices remain high. The desire for larger residences has surged, and luxury property dealers in Bangalore anticipate that the most recent transaction would stimulate high-priced residential sales.
