Trident Realty, headquartered in Bhogpur, Haryana, has announced plans to spend Rs 700 cr. in the introduction of luxury independent floors in Panchkula.

Trident Realty, a real estate development company in Haryana, has announced a new luxury project in Panchkula, Haryana, called Windsong Residences, which boasts a potential income of Rs 1000 Cr.

The business plans to spend Rs 700 crore to build 412 low-rise luxury independent floors in the Trident Hills master-planned community's 200 acres.

The building will be on a stilt and feature four separate storeys in a 4BHK layout. Each level would be built on a land size ranging from 360 square yards to 545 square yards, with a base price of Rs 2.22 crore.

The aim of developing a uniquely planned integrated township in Panchkula has been reinforced by the enthusiastic reaction from purchasers at last year's launch, according to S K Narvar, Group Chairman of Trident Realty.
