Tribeca Developers, the exclusive Indian partner of the Trump Organization, has appointed Dharam Mehta as Managing Partner of its newly formed division—Tribeca Estates. This new vertical will focus on plotted developments, branded villas, and hospitality-driven real estate projects, signaling a significant diversification for the luxury real estate firm.

Strategic Talent to Drive New Growth Frontiers

The company described Mehta’s appointment as a strategic move aligned with its ambitions to explore high-growth real estate categories. Mehta brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, workspace strategy, and business development. His prior roles at WeWork India and Phoenix Workspaces saw him spearheading growth strategies, executing large-scale developments, and building long-term partnerships.

He was also a core member of the leadership team at Delta Corp, where he oversaw the scaling of operations and expansion into hospitality and casino assets.

Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, expressed his enthusiasm about the appointment, citing Dharam’s operational insight and investment acumen as critical assets to support the company’s plotted development and hospitality foray.

Luxury Meets Lifestyle in New Real Estate Focus

Dharam Mehta, a Wharton MBA and University of Texas Computer Science graduate, shared his excitement about the new role, stating that Tribeca has already set high benchmarks in India’s luxury real estate segment. He emphasized the potential of the plotted development space and his commitment to delivering premium, value-driven offerings through the new Estates vertical.

Background: Tribeca's Recent Moves

This leadership announcement follows a series of bold initiatives by Tribeca in 2025. In April, the company launched ‘Trilive’—a platform focused on redefining urban rental housing, with its first project set to rise in Mumbai’s Andheri area. A month prior, Tribeca had revealed plans for India’s first Trump Organization-branded commercial office tower in Pune, marking its second Trump project in the city.
