Bollywood star Tiger Shroff has made a significant move in the Pune real estate market by purchasing a property in Pune worth 7.50 crore rupees. According to a real estate database platform, Shroff completed this purchase on March 2024. It's reported that for this property, the actor paid a stamp duty of 52.50 lakh rupees.

Immediately after the purchase, Shroff leased out the property for five years. This savvy investment will fetch him a monthly rent of 3.5 lakh rupees. The tenant has deposited 14 lakh rupees for this deal, with an agreement that includes a 5% rent increase annually.

Tiger Shroff's Real Estate Portfolio

Currently, Tiger Shroff owns a luxurious 8BHK apartment in Mumbai's Khar area, valued at 35 crore rupees according to market rates. Reports suggest Tiger's total assets are valued at 248 crore rupees, with his income stemming from film projects, brand endorsements, and a chain of gyms in the city.
