Tata Housing has marked a significant achievement with the complete sell-out of Raagam Phase 1, generating revenue exceeding Rs 650 crores in just one week post-launch. This remarkable feat, involving the sale of 576 plots covering a sprawling 9 lakh square feet, underscores the high demand for premium residential spaces in Bengaluru.
