Signature Global Buys INR 350 Cr Land in Gurugram for Luxurious Housing Project

New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global has strategically acquired 14.65 acres of land in Gurugram for approximately ₹350 crore, aiming to develop an expansive housing project as part of its ambitious expansion plan. The company confirmed the acquisition of land in Sector 37D, near the rapidly developing Dwarka Expressway, though the deal's value and the seller's identity were not disclosed.

Sources indicated that the deal value might be around ₹350 crore. Signature Global's plans for the site include developing a residential project spanning 27 lakh square feet.

Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, chairman of Signature Global, mentioned that Dwarka Expressway has quickly become a premier destination for homebuyers seeking luxury residences.

He noted that numerous high-end residential projects have been launched in the area in recent years, with many more expected to follow in the near future.
