Saya Status Set to be The Tallest Mall in India

Saya Group to build India's tallest mall in Noida at 2,000 cr

Saya Group plans to construct Saya Status, a shopping mall that, at a whopping 150 feet in height, would be the highest in all of India. There will be 1.1 million square feet of rentable space in a shopping mall that will be constructed in Sector 129 off the Noida-Greater Noida Motorway. More than Rs 2,000 crore ($300 million) has been allocated to the project.

The nine-story Saya Status will have a plethora of high-end retailers and services. Roughly 25% of the total work has been done and construction is presently underway. The mall's design was assigned to DP Architects, a Singapore-based international architectural company.

Saya Group's Vikas Bhasin, Chairman and MD, has promised to make Saya Status into one of the most recognisable office buildings in India. Land and building costs, estimated at Rs 1,000 crore and Rs 500-600 crore, respectively, would be covered by in-house reserves and external borrowing, for a total investment cost of Rs 2,000 crore. By 2025, the mall should be ready for business.

Around 30 businesses have signed agreements with Saya Group to be a part of the mall, bringing the total number of brands finalised by Saya Group to roughly 55. Saya Status's parking garage can hold up to 1,600 vehicles. Parking spaces on floors 4–9 will be offered in addition to the underground garage.
