Runwal Group Launches Liberty at Runwal Avenue in Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai

Runwal Group has introduced the Liberty residential tower as part of its Runwal Avenue project in Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai. The project is located 300 metres from the Kanjurmarg railway station and is part of the 36-acre Runwal City Centre mixed-use development. The skyscraper will have 50 stories and more than 275 livable flats.

It will consist of 1, 1.5, and 2.5 bedroom apartments with carpeted spaces ranging from 390 and 647 square feet. In addition to providing exceptional connectivity, the tower will also have homes with private decks and a variety of lifestyle and recreational features.

Liberty at Kanjurmarg East will provide 1, 1.5, and 2.5 bedroom apartments.

In addition to fresh air and an elevated lifestyle, residences at Liberty will provide panoramic views of the surrounding area for around Rs 1.03 crore.
