Rishiraj Prasad Bhatt has been accepted as a partner in the real estate department of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM), with an office in Mumbai. In 2005, Rishiraj earned a law degree from Pune University's ILS Law College.

For over 17 years, Rishiraj has served as an advisor to corporations, developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of land, the leasing and subleasing of commercial and industrial space, the licencing of high-value residential premises, and the acquisition, development, and sale of agricultural land.
