Residential Property by Elan Group on Dwarka Expressway in Gurgaon Receives Record Breaking Sales of INR 2500 Crore

The Gurugram-based Elan Group has announced a record-breaking sale of Rs 2500 crore for its newly launched residential property at 106, Dwarka Expressway.

Elan Group has just introduced its first residential property, Elan – The Presidential, in Gurgaon's Sector 106, Dwarka Expressway.

Elan Group will spend roughly Rs 4,000 crore in the development of the project and estimates revenues of approximately Rs 10,000 crore.

The 30-acre development would have roughly 1,800 ultra-luxury apartments (3, 4, 5, and duplex penthouses) valued between Rs 4 and Rs 12 crore.

According to Ravish Kapoor, MD of Elan Group, the project is slated to be built in three parts, with phase one releasing 728 residences.
