Price Waterhouse Planning to Create a Base in GIFT city Gujarat As Multinationals Pour in

Price Waterhouse is set to open an office in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City) as more multinational clients start moving to the new financial services centre, two people aware of the development said.

The affiliate of Price waterhouse Coopers is looking to rope in senior executives and partners who will look after the operations from the financial centre near the Gujarat capital of Gandhinagar.

It will be the second of the Big Four professional services firms to set up oprations in Gift City after KPMC.

The firm didn't respond to the ET’s queries till press time Thursday.

The number of entities at GIFT City rose to 265 this year from 140 in 2019, with banking transactions exceeding $125 billion in value by August.
