The Purva Oakshire Launch by Purva Land is a hit.

Purva Land, the plotted development division of Puravankara, had a super positive response to its recently announced Purva Oakshire project, with the majority of plots selling out over the opening weekend.

The debut event attracted more than 250 walk-ins and over 100 indications of interest.

"Spread over 35 acres, this development consists of county-themed plots that merge the royal atmosphere of Greater London with the topography of North Bengaluru."

The Oakshire project is located on the Avalahalli road near Rampura in northern Bengaluru. It provides convenient access to Bangalore International Airport. The sizes of the plots vary from 1,000 to 4,500 square feet. A 1,000-square-foot plot begins at above Rs 81 lakhs.

Purva Land, inspired by London, is separated among three prominent neighbourhoods, namely Mayfair, Kensington, and Paddington, and includes over 6 acres of open space.
