In a recent high-profile real estate transaction, Peyush Bansal, the dynamic co-founder of Lenskart, has acquired a lavish residence in Neeti Bagh, one of Delhi's most sought-after neighborhoods.

The deal, sealed for a whopping Rs 18 crore, was registered on May 19, 2023. As per the documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a leading real estate data analytics firm, Bansal paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.08 crore for this prime property.

The acquired estate spans 469.7 square meters (5056 square feet) with a total covered area of 939.4 square meters (10,111.7 square feet) and is situated on a 680 square meter lot in Neeti Bagh. The property, previously owned by Surinder Singh Atwal, comprises the cellar and ground floor of the residential building. Notably, the circle rate valuation of the property stands at approximately Rs 5.42 crore.
