Oberoi Realty appoints Pankaj Gupta as Chief Executive Officer, Commercial Real Estate.

Pankaj Gupta has been named CEO, commercial real estate, by Oberoi Realty.

Pankaj will play a crucial role in creating the strategy for Oberoi Realty's commercial division, which currently includes the International Business Park in Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon, Mumbai, which consists of premium commercial spaces - Oberoi Commerz, Oberoi Commerz II, and Oberoi Commerz III.

Pankaj Gupta will play a crucial part in the formulation of Oberoi Realty's commercial business strategy.

Pankaj is a specialist in leasing, marketing, facilities and asset management, and SEZ-Compliance & Certification. He has more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, retail, and hospitality. In addition, he is an experienced chartered accountant and IIM, Kozhikode postgraduate.
