Nisus Finance Invests INR 60 Crore in The Prabhadevi Project of Eon Group

Nisus Finance, a manager of alternatives, has invested Rs 60 crore in the upscale residential property Eon One in Prabhadevi, which is being constructed by Eon Group.

Nisus Finance has invested in Eon One, a residential development situated in Prabhadevi close to the Siddhivinayak Temple. The project has 9 podiums with abundant parking, a dedicated amenity level, and 24 livable storeys with sea-facing 2 and 3 BHK residences that are modern and effectively planned.

Nisus Finance has invested with important listed developers such as Shriram Properties and Purvankara, in addition to other major Mumbai real estate developers.

Palash had jobs in real estate private equity at Brookfield Asset Management and Starwood Capital Group before joining his father at Eon Group. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
