For MyBranch the opeing of its 50th shared office space in Kanpur is surely an important milestone along the way to opening one hundred co-working spaces by the end of 2022.

MyBranch, a forerunner in the provision of environmentally friendly office space solutions, has set a significant new benchmark with the launch of its 50th location in Kanpur, the city that is known as the leather capital of India.

The Arya Nagar shared office space was officially opened for business by Satyadeo Pachauri, who is a member of the Lok Sabha representing Kanpur.

The co-founder of MyBranch, Kushal Bhargava, said that "Since the beginning of our journey, our goal has been to grow into regions where co-working has not yet been established." Because we aim to grow together with our clients, provide them with environmentally friendly solutions, and concurrently satisfy their operational requirements, we have established shared centres in areas that have been neglected by other providers of office space. In line with the overall idea of our business, we have opened offices in the tier-two, tier-three, and metropolitan districts of India. Traditional workplaces that are completely self-contained have been replaced by shared office space as a result of the increasing demand for urban space and infrastructure. MyBranch has been at the forefront of this transition from the beginning.

The Kanpur centre will include a total of 45 seats, two meeting rooms with a seating capacity of four people each, and one conference room with eight chairs. Every MyBranch location has a conference room, closed-circuit television surveillance, complimentary refreshments, and an exceptional network connection. Customers have the option of displaying banners and other signage in the zones that have been allotted to them. The needs of the consumers might be taken into consideration while designing possible spaces. The shared office spaces that are now offered range in size from 700 to 10,000 square feet. Recent years have seen the opening of new centres in a number of Indian cities, including Jabalpur, Nagpur, Raipur, Amritsar, Salem, and Gorakhpur.

The popularity of the co-working model increased after the second wave of the CoViD 19 conference, which resulted in an increase in demand in tier II and tier III cities. Flexible working arrangements are being pursued by an ever-increasing number of businesses in response to the growing acceptance of the hybrid business model. It is expected that the market for shared office space would grow by an extra 50 million square feet by the end of the year 2023. There are already close to 650 shared office spaces available in tier II cities. Although Kanpur is best known for its thriving leather and textile industries, the city has also been home to a wide variety of other industries that are also achieving success. Kanpur is home to a large number of businesses on a smaller scale, all of which make a contribution to the development of the area as a whole. Office space is in great demand as a result of the ongoing growth of the industrial sector.

The opening of a MyBranch co-working space in Kanpur is evidence that the city has the potential to become an up-and-coming centre for commercial activity.
