Aranya is a mid-luxury residential development by Naiknavare Developers, which specialises in community-oriented commercial and residential ventures in Pune, Mumbai, and Goa.

The undertaking, situated in close proximity to the Vadgaon Maval region of Talegaon, consists of three residential structures housing a variety of apartments, including 2 BHK, 1 BHK, and 2 BHK comfort apartments measuring 366 sq. ft, 544 sq. ft, and 597 sq. ft, respectively.

The development also includes convenience stores with a minimum square footage of 102 square feet.

The project provides access to the Mumbai-Pune Motorway as well as neighbouring areas including Chakan MIDC, Hinjewadi, and Pirangut MIDC, and was developed in a strategic location close to Pune's Ring Road.

Coincidentally, the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has undertaken a substantial measure to expedite the development of the Pune Ring Road, an undertaking designed to alleviate urban traffic congestion and is projected to be fully operational by December 2026.

Moreover, the locality benefits from social infrastructure features such as High Vision International School, Mamasheb Khandge Medium School, Eden International School, and Talegaon MIDC, which are prominent industrial centres; major hospitals including Sai Jeevan Children’s Hospital, General Hospital, and Harneshwar Multispecialty Hospital; and tourist attractions including Visapur Fort, Yelghol Caves, Tung Fort, and Ka.
