The rental terms indicate that the monthly rent will remain at ₹17.01 lakh for the first two years and rise to ₹17.86 lakh in the third year, taking the cumulative outgo to around ₹6.2 crore for the lease duration. This new agreement succeeds an earlier five-year lease signed in July 2021, which started at a monthly rent of ₹8 lakh.
