The MSR North Towers in Nagavara, Bengaluru, have been unveiled by MS Ramaiah Developers and Builders (MSRDB). This sustainable, forward-thinking office environment has earned certification from the International Green Building Council and a Silver rating from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.

MSR North Towers is an IGBC and the LEED approved project.

The commercial facility, which is over 750,000 square feet in size, employs a zero-water discharge design to limit waste and advocate for recycling, reuse, and reduction. The building has an AHU room and a high-performance exterior glass façade to control temperature and ventilation as required by both NBC and local building codes.

MSRDB director Sunder Ram praised the project for its convenient and high-quality amenities.

The MSR North Towers are situated in a prime area in North Bengaluru, with easy access to the city's main thoroughfares and the airport by road. The project is located at the crossroads of the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and the Thanisandra Main Road, not far from the neighbourhoods of Hebbal and Yelahanka.
