Ashish Gumashta, the dynamic managing director of strategic initiatives at Motilal Oswal Financial Services, has bought a luxurious apartment in the coveted Bandra locality of Mumbai for around 36.19 crore rupees.

The deal, finalized on March 7, saw Gumashta paying a hefty stamp duty of over 2.17 crore rupees alone, underscoring the exclusivity and value of his investment. As a cherry on top, he will also enjoy the privilege of access to five dedicated parking slots within the tower.

Situated on the 14th habitable floor, the apartment boasts a generous carpet area of 3,417 square feet, complemented by a sprawling 250-square-foot balcony. This luxurious space is part of an upcoming project nestled at the junction of Perry Road and St. Cyril Road, promising a blend of comfort and sophistication.

More about the Redevelopment Project

The under-construction tower, comprising basement, stilt, three podium, and 16 habitable residential floors, marks a milestone in architectural innovation. It represents a redevelopment endeavor transforming an existing housing society dating back to 1978, unfolding on a land parcel spanning over half an acre.

Gumashta's transition to Motilal Oswal Financial Services comes hot on the heels of his tenure as Executive Chairman at Julius Baer India. His strategic acumen and leadership prowess make him a valuable addition to the firm's executive team, driving its vision for growth and excellence in the financial services sector.
