Macrotech Developers Anticipates a 20 Per Cent increase in Sales Bookings in 2024

Real estate company Macrotech Developers (Lodha Group) has set a goal to sell properties worth 14,500 crore this fiscal year, up 20% from the previous year, and will acquire additional land for future expansion. 

Macrotech Developers, headquartered in Mumbai and selling its properties under the Lodha brand, is one of the country's prominent real estate companies.

Abhishek Lodha, managing director and chief executive officer of Macrotech Developers, stated that the company's sales reservations increased by 34% to 12,014 crore last fiscal year, exceeding the annual forecast of 11,500 crore.

When asked about the forecast for 2023-24, he stated that the company anticipates pre-sales of 14,500 crore for this fiscal year.

Regarding new business development, which involves acquiring land outright and through joint ventures with proprietors, Lodha stated that the company added many land parcels with a total revenue potential of 19,800 crores during the last fiscal year.
