One of the biggest real estate developers in India The Lodha Group also referred to as Macrotech Developers, is in genuine discussions with India’s largest mortgage lender HDFC to enter into an agreement to develop a 14 lakh sq ft commercial office project in Andheri.

This is as per some of the leading real estate experts and property deveopment sources in the Mumbai real estate industry.

Apparently HDFC will join hands with Lodha as a financial investor in the commercial development in Andheri. This particular commercial real estate development in discussion at this point in time is being done by Omkar Realtors & Developers as an SRA project  (slum rehabilitation project).

If this specific commercial real estate development in Andheri by Lodha Group comes to furition it will surely be a great addition to Andheri real estate market which already has a lot of residential and commercial projects under development currently.
