County Group has started work on its mixed-use commercial project County Courtyard in Pitampura's Netaji Subash Place.

The project would be split into twin towers connected by a Grand Plaza. Towers Wing A and B will each include 5300 sq. metres of retail space, 38 floors of office space, and a 3-level underground parking garage for 600 automobiles with electric vehicle charging stations.

The project will be a commercial, retail, and entertainment hub with a 4.05m floor-to-ceiling height, automated amart lighting systems for maximum energy savings, rooftop solar panels, break-out terraces on every floor, a 4 screen multiplex, and a food court, among other amenities.

Investors may also create workplace interiors to match their company concepts.

The County Group's Amit Modi stated, "County Courtyard will be a freehold mixed-use office-retail complex." An estimated Rs 850 crores would go towards building and Rs 450 crores for land. 3 years to complete the project.”
